North Baldwin Infirmary Announces Promotions
North Baldwin Infirmary has made two promotions recently.
Jeannine Lankford has been promoted to manager of medical/surgical services and CCU at North Baldwin Infirmary and Debbie Stephens has been placed in a full-time role as clinical coordinator.
For the last seven months, Lankford has been working as night shift nursing supervisor. She has 12 years of nursing management experience and 19 ½ years nursing experience. Lankford specializes in pulmonary, oncology and medical/surgical nursing. She also holds a national certification in medical/surgical nursing.
Stephens will focus on the coordination of staff education and community health-related activities. She will continue to assist with policy, procedure and grant writing activities.
Stephens worked as a critical care nurse for 32 years and was later promoted to critical care nurse manager and staff development coordinator.
Her list of accomplishments includes being an ACLS instructor for 10 years, a BLS instructor, and EKG instructor with Gulf Coast Seminars.
Stephens is also a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, the Infirmary Health System Quality Task Force, ICU Best Practice Committee and Medical/Surgical Telemetry Best Practices Committee. Additionally, she is a board member for the Alabama Free Clinic.
