Patients who are unable to pay their hospital bills may qualify for financial assistance. If you are unable to pay your bill, call our patient business services department at 251-435-3541.

We will provide a financial assistance application for you to complete and sign. You will need to supply the requested financial information and supporting documents to demonstrate your financial need and to document your income, expense, asset and debt situation. All information is reviewed by our financial assistance committee to determine that you meet our financial assistance criteria.

Qualifying patients are notified of the financial assistance determination and dollar amount, if any. Alternatively, you may download a financial disclosure form.
