Walter Donald was named Mr. Oakwood 2007 and Bertha Windham was named Ms. Oakwood 2007.

OAKWOOD AWARDS

Oakwood, North Baldwin’s Center for Living recently held its Who’s Who annual event. There were 29 award categories this year, such as most appreciative and friendliest awards.

The top award given was Mr. and Ms. Oakwood. This award category requires the resident to have lived at Oakwood for at least six months and be involved in some group activities.  The staff voted for the residents whom they thought deserved the award. Bertha Windham was named Ms. Oakwood 2007 and Walter Donald was named Mr. Oakwood 2007.
