The Birth Center

The Birth Center at North Baldwin Infirmary is dedicated to providing family-centered maternity care. Our five full-service Labor, Delivery, Recovery and Post Partum (LDRP) suites allow mother and baby to remain in the same room throughout their stay.

Our suites are some of the largest in the region and are designed to accommodate families. This includes space for bonding visitation, overnight sleeping and celebration!

Our suites are equipped with a recliner that converts to a bed for a guest, an entertainment center eith television, VCR, DVD player, a comfortable bed for you and a bassinet for your baby.

Our nurses are highly trained with knowledge and skills in family-centered maternity care, labor and birth management and infant care. Our Birth Center also includes a Cesarean Section Suite and security system with video monitoring.
