Infirmary Health System announces the Women’sBest Weekend Wellness Conference Cruise aboard Carnival’s Fun Ship Elation. The four-night event, entitled “Set Sail for Your Best Health,” offers seminars, fitness programs, food and fun to enrich the body and mind.

The western Caribbean cruise departs Mobile on Thursday, September 30, 2010 and returns Monday, October 4, 2010 with a port of call in Cozumel, Mexico. The cost of the cruise (based on double occupancy) is $284 per person for interior room and $314 per person for rooms with a window. A limited number of triple and quadruple occupancy rooms are also available. These prices include the cruise, food, conference, taxes and port charges. A $20 conference fee also applies.

Celebrating its 11th anniversary, the Women’sBest weekend presents such topics as women’s health issues, new trends on staying fit, preventative healthcare, healthy relationships and humor. Attendees also enjoy a private reception, fashion show, special gifts and door prizes provided by local merchants.
